           In  hne  with  the  tradition  of  innovative  cuisine  at  Avanti American  Restaurant,  Chef  Franco  has  cooked  up  P^^^j^ef
        additions  to  the  old  favorites.  Selecting  only  the  freshest  ingredients  and  fusing  the  traditional  with  modern  methods,
