was a case of instant attraction when R&B pop band, Code Red, from the
United Kingdom met up with Sunway Lagoon's four fabulous tiger cubs
recently.
Band members, Lee, Roger, Phil and Neil had their hands full with the
cuddly and mischievous cubs born at the Theme Park in April to
Sheeba and Shee.
Code Red who were in Malaysia from 22 to 27 May to promote their
latest album, "Missin' You Already" have previously clocked up two Top
40 hit singles in the UK - "Can We Talk" and "Is There Someone Out
There" - while enjoying amazing success in the Far East. The tiger cubs at
Neil. Wouldn't that be cute?

To know your moths very well con be really rewarding. It really pays off
to Leong Kam Seng, a 38-year-old managing director of a local
computer software firm, the grand prize winner in the 'Count the
i (Qdrv Coca-Cola Cans' contest.
He calculated the volume of the giant plastic bin and divided it by the
volume of a can. The figure minus 10 percent of air gave him the
number 2,326. He miscalculated by one can (actual number is 2,325)
but walked away with a Proton Satria 1.3GL worth RM36,000.
The contest was one of the events jointly organised by Sunway Lagoon and
F&N Coco-Cola. There were also 100 consolation prize winners who received the Sunway
Lagoon Extra Fun Club membership.

A music showcase 'Hip Hop Fiesta' was at the Theme Park's Amphitheatre
on 1 8 April 1999. Those who performed were Innuendo, Poetic Ammo,
Soulstreet, Too Phat, to name a few. Najee from THR and Jake Man
from HITZ FM. Meanwhile, alternative music lovers were given a
separate showcase by Subculture, Metalosia, Groundrule,
Butterfingers and others in the Lagoon Poloozo Festival held at the
Amphitheatre on 2 May 1999.
If you have missed any music showcase held in the Theme Park, don't
worry because we will be bringing more entertainment just to let you let
your hair down. Just wait
