on 19 June 1999.
Sunway College School of Hospitality
and Tourism Management staft and
students put together on array of
demonstrations to showcase skills in
Culinary and Services. Among the
demonstrations were mayonnaise
preparation, the art-of-cooking
'Crepe Suzette', cake decoration,
nopfcin folding, fine dining table-
setting and a cocktail presentation.

''way College gave birth to a new club called "Puff-Free Club" to its already extensive list of more than 30 clubs and societies recently.
"Collaboration with the Malaysian Ministry of Health, an exhibition was held at the college foyer during the club's maiden campaign
