Sunway Building Technology (Suntec) had taken all necessary steps to
position the company to face the current year. Suntec posted a group
pre-tax loss of RM85 million last year.
Suntec Chairman Encik Mirzan Mahathir said, the company whose
core business is construction, is leaner and more effective now. It is
nevertheless cautiously optimistic as there are signs that the property
sector is beginning to pick up.
