Sun-Mix Concrete Northern Region

awarded MS ISO 9002

Recently two of Sun-Mix Concrete Northern
Region batching plants, namely Air Itam and
Butterworth plants, were awarded the prestigious
MS ISO 9002 certification. This makes us the
first readymixed concrete company in northern
region to achieve this internationally recognised
award.

The successful implementation of this
internationally recognised quality standard
demonstrated Sun-Mix Concrete's commitment
towards providing quality service and products

At the Majlis Sirim-Industri '96 held on 23rd
November, a certificate plaque was awarded to
Sun-Mix Concrete by Y B Teng Chang Yeow,
Penang State Assemblyman. It was a proud
moment for all of us as our Assistant General
Manager, Mr Alvin Yeow received the plaque
from YB Teng Chang Yeow.

Northern Region staff for an excellent job done.

Hanoi Inn Hotel was established as a joint- which was essentially the ground breaking
venture between the Hoa Lan Hotel of the ceremony to start construction of the Hotel, on

operation in June 1996. The project was stalled
