y^THERs' DAY - Cake Icing Competition

Happy, indeed it was for some fathers who took
part in the cake icing competition which was
held on 15th June by the club's poolside.

The competition was opened to all fathers and
C o n t e s 1 a n t s children who were patronizing the club on that

The participants were of course given an insight
before the competition on how to ice a cake in a
demo given by our club's Sous Chef, Chef
Karanan.

The champions were father and son team, Mr
Kenneth Chang and Kah Poh. No one went back

Of The Year 1997

Malaysia Male Look Of The Year (Selangor
State Selection) was held in Citadel Discotheque
on Saturday, 28th June.

Male Look Of The Year '97 champion, Vincent
Lim, a 20 year-old student walked away with
RM3,000, a trophy and a sash. He also won the
subsidiary title of Mr Physique. 1 st runner-up,
Sean Ching a 23 year-old engineer, bagged the
Mr Macho subsidiary title, won R M 1,500, a
trophy and a sash. Harikrishnan, the 2nd runner-
up won RM500, a trophy and a sash.
