PYRAMID B O W L - Offering The Best To All
Pyramid Bowl - one of the major attractions of
Sunway Pyramid - received a visit by the Youth
and Sports Minister, Y B Tan Sri Muhyiddin
Yassin on 12 June.
As the official venue for the bowling competition
for the Commonwealth Games in 1998, Pyramid
Bowl will be the biggest bowling centre in
Malaysia to be situated on one floor upon its
completion, end July 1997. It will also house
24 imported snooker tables on the mezzanine
floor and a spectator gallery from which
customers can watch the bowling events.
A briefing was conducted on site to update Tan
Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on the concept, and
development of the bowling centre. A first in
Malaysia, Pyramid Bowl will feature lanes with
the "Glow in the dark" technique to offer bowling
community the best atmosphere in the evenings.
In addition. Pyramid Bowl will feature a "vision"
system, enabling bowlers to have his/her image
projected on 27" monitors, making it the ideal

events such as the Selangor Open (September

1997), MAS-Land & General ll Stars (April/
May'98), and SUKMA'98.
