Underwriting Agreement Signing Ceremony

Pursuant to Sunway City Berhad's listing on the
Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Main Board, an
underwriting agreement was signed on 2nd May.

The signing of the underwriting agreement was
between the offerors (Luwong Holdings Sdn
Bhd, Sungei Way Corporation Sdn Bhd, Allfresh
Sdn Bhd, Sungei Jaya Sdn Bhd and Timah Sini
Sana Sdn Bhd), Sunway City Berhad and the
underwriters (Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank
Berhad - the Managing Underwriter, TA
Securities Bhd, Phileo Allied Securities Sdn Bhd. It's sealed! Mr Yeow Thit Sang. MD of Sunway Cm Bhd
Smith Zain Securities Sdn Bhd, DCB Sakura exchanging documents with the MD of Arab-Makivsian
Merchant Bankers Berhad, Rashid Hussain Merchant Bank Bhd. Mr Cheah Teik Kiiang.
Securides Sdn Bhd, SBB Securities Sdn Bhd,
HLG Securities Sdn Bhd and Perwira Affin
Merchant Bank Bhd).

A total of 26,723,000 shares of RMl.OO each at
an offer price of RM2.30 per share were
underwritten by the respective underwriters for
an underwriting commission of 0.8% of the offer
price.

A briefing for Analysts was held on 26th June.

Analysts were briefed about Sunway City's various development plans at Penang, Ipoh and
Damansara. About 100 analysts packed the Penthouse of Menara SungeiWay, where their quenes
were answered by the management team of Sunway City Berhad.
